One of my favorite vignettes from the Thames River Pageant, part of the Diamond Jubilee celebrations for Queen Elizabeth II was seeing Joey the War Horse on the top of the National Theatre
The horse is a cooperative venture of man and machine that is truly fabulous! War Horse...also a hit movie...is playing at the National Theater in Southwark, just across the Milennium Bridge from the London Eye. A place we love to go to for shows when in London. Leave it to the theatre to come up with an amazing and wonderful tribute to Queen Elizabeth for the Thames Pageant. I had to wait a few days for the National Theatre to post their video on YouTube, but I know it would. If you didn't see what the Theater...and Joey the War Horse did, you will love this! Or...just to see it again.
